The purpose of the club shall be:

To stimulate and advance the general welfare and safety of snowmobiling.
To serve the interest of snowmobile owners in the North Iowa area.
To conduct and create activities for the purpose of providing entertainment, exercise, good fellowship and social diversion of it's members.
To establish and maintain safe snowmobile trails and perform all desirable functions for the successful operation of the trails in the general public interest.

Code of Ethics:

I will be a good sportsman. I recognize that people judge all snowmobilers by my action. I will use my influence with other snowmobilers to promote sportsmanlike conduct.
I will not operate my snowmobile in a reckless or careless manner so as to endanger a fellow snowmobiler or a member of his family or property
I will not litter trails or camping areas. I will not pollute streams or lakes.
I will not damage living trees, shrubs, or other natural habitat.
I will not harass wildlife or their inhabitation.
I will respect other people's property and rights.
I will lend a helping hand when I see someone in distress and make myself and my vehicle available to assist, search for and rescue parties.
I will not interfere with or harass hikers, skiers, snowshoers, ice fishermen, or other winter sportsmen.
I will know and obey all Federal, State and Local rules regulating the operation of snowmobiles.
I will carry liability insurance or assume liability.
